Agentic search (tool-driven iterative retrieval)

Let the model drive retrieval: give it search tools (grep, file listing, file reads, a keyword or vector search endpoint) and let it plan queries, read the results, and search again until it has what it needs, instead of running one fixed retrieve-then-generate pass.
